In line with the directives of the Chairman of the P&D Board to ensure professional and transparent monitoring of the Chief Minister’s Initiatives, a Monitoring Committee Meeting was convened in the conference room of the Directorate General Monitoring & Evaluation (DGM&E) under the leadership of Dr. Kiran Khurshid, Director General M&E.
The meeting reviewed 11 CM initiatives, focusing on key sectors such as Agriculture, Communication & Works, School Education, Special Education, Social Welfare, Industries, Emergency Services, and TEVTA, among others. Representatives from various departments acknowledged the observations presented by the DGM&E team and submitted detailed annotated responses.
The Director General emphasized the critical importance of diligent execution of CM initiatives and reiterated the need for strict adherence to quality standards, advocating a zero-tolerance policy for any lapses in the quality of work.
