Under the vision of the worthy Chairman P&D Board to enhance the capacity of DGM&E, the Directorate General (M&E) conducted a training program for their Monitors and Evaluators from 18-10-2024 to 25-10-2024. The training focused on Project Schedule Management, Gantt Charts, and the Critical Path Method using MS Project.
This will equip the M&E staff with modern techniques and updated tools, improving their efficiency in project management.
